Jennifer Shaw Snyder became a partner in the firm in November of 2004. A Miami native, she specializes in real estate transactions with an emphasis on commercial transactions and international business transactions in the Latin American market.

She graduated from Florida International University with a B.A. in International Relations and received a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Snyder also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Wayne Huzienga School of Business.

Ms. Snyder is a fluent Spanish speaker and is on the Board of Directors of the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association.

She recently served as President of the North Broward Bar Association and Vice President of the Broward County Women Lawyers’ Association, and is a member of the Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association.
