Gary A. Korn

Gary A. Korn practices primarily in the areas of developer representation, commercial lender representation and condominium and homeowner's association documentation preparation.  Mr. Korn represents many real estate developers, both in single family developments and with respect to condominium development and condominium conversions.  He has prepared in excess of 300 condominium declarations and homeowners' association documents.  In addition, Mr. Korn represents major lending institutions in regard to the negotiation, preparation and closing of sophisticated commercial real estate loan transactions.

A Philadelphia native, Mr. Korn graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1970 and from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 1974.  He is a member of the Florida Bar and is also a member of the Real Property Section of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Korn served as Vice President and as a member of the Board of Temple Sinai of North Dade.  He is a past lecturer at the University of Miami Institute on Condominium and Cluster Development.
