The
law firm of Leopold & Leopold, P.A. was founded in 1977 by
Norman Leopold and Karen S. Leopold. On January 1, 2001,
Gary A. Korn joined the firm as a shareholder, and the firm
changed its name to Leopold, Korn & Leopold, P.A. In September of 2002,
Jennifer Shaw Snyder joined the firm as an associate. Jennifer
became a name partner in March of 2006, and the
firm officially changed its name to Leopold Korn Leopold &
Snyder, P.A. The

What
do we do?
Leopold
Korn Leopold & Snyder, P.A. is a boutique law firm specializing in
real estate transactions. Our broad-based real estate
practice includes residential and commercial purchases, sales
and refinances, transactional work, including land acquisition,
construction lending, developer representation, and
representation of lenders. The firm also forms entities
and develops operating documents for its real estate clients in
conjunction with real estate transactions. In connection
with developer representation, the firm specializes in
developing planned unit development documents and condominium
documents, both for new construction and conversions.
With its main offices located in Aventura,
Florida, which is centrally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale,
Leopold Korn is able to serve clients throughout Miami-Dade and
Broward Counties.
Leopold Korn also has a satellite office serving its Palm
Beach clients, which is conveniently located in Boca Raton near Glades Road and
I-95.
Because the firm acts as title agent for all major
national underwriters, and through sophisticated electronic
capabilities, the firm can essentially handle transactions
for lenders and principals throughout the State of Florida.

REO
(real estate owned) Closings
Our firm has been recognized as among the leading title insurance
agents in the State of
Florida.
We represent institutions in REO and Relocation closings. We also
represent investors and lenders in commercial real estate transactions
and in the origination of new loans.
Our
practice involves representing lenders and asset managers in the sale
of foreclosed, REO properties throughout the State of
Florida
. We also represent relocation companies in the sale of property for
employees who are being transferred. Our clients include some of the
largest asset managers and lenders in the country.
We provide
our clients with excellent, efficient and responsive service. Our
experience and skill make each closing as smooth as possible for
everyone involved. We can handle the details associated with the lease
or purchase, from preparing all necessary documents to coordinating
all closing details. We
can also arrange to have survey, environmental, zoning status, open
permit, property or flood zone reports performed.
Title
searches and examinations are conducted in house by experienced real
estate and title attorneys.
Concorde
Land Title Services, Inc.
The
firm's principals, together with Ileana Noa, also own and operate
Concorde Land Title Services, Inc., a title company
handling residential real estate closings and refinances.
